How we review, and how we correct
Two policies, one page, because they are the same commitment seen from either end: publish only what can be supported, and fix in public what turns out to be wrong.
What counts as publishable
Material reaches these pages through one of three doors, and each is labelled differently in the text.
- Verifiable mechanics
- How wagering is calculated, why same-rail return exists, what a verification request asks for. Industry-standard, checkable anywhere, stated plainly.
- Quoted terms
- The partner offer's conditions, reproduced word for word from the partner. Nothing is added — where no maximum cashout or expiry is stated, none is published.
- Our judgement
- Assessments of what is strong or weak. Always marked as opinion, never dressed as measurement.
What we deliberately do not publish
No score out of ten. No licence number or regulator name we have not verified against a primary register. No payout-speed figure. No player-rating average, no traffic statistic, no award. Each of these would look authoritative and rest on nothing, and each is a routine fabrication elsewhere in this format. Where a reader needs one of them, we explain how to check it directly — see licensing and compliance.
How pages are kept current
This is a working document, not a dated snapshot. Terms, payment rails and lobby contents change without notice at every casino, so pages are revised when something material changes rather than re-dated on a schedule to look fresh. Anything specific should still be checked against the operator's own page before you act on it.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to know and we would rather fix it loudly than quietly. Write to us through the contact page with the page, the passage and what is wrong with it. Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are confirmed; the change is noted on the page itself rather than swapped in silently. A disagreement about our judgement is not a correction, but we will say so plainly rather than ignoring it.
The one thing we will not do is remove a criticism because someone would prefer it gone. The commercial arrangement behind this site is disclosed on how our links work precisely so that it cannot be used as a quiet lever.
